    The important thing is respecting the customers and speak with them politely because more customers means more revenue.

Customer service is a services that are provided during ,after and before the flight to attract people to the airport .Customer service are the most important facilities at the airport because it helps passengers to solve problem and helps airline to increase revenue .Good customer service should has role for example be polite ,respect your customer , deal with customer efficiently ,listen to the customer and apologize if you made mistake. This role helps customer service to be accessible service. This good services offers in some air line for example QR, FZ, EK, KU and AF

  4. Customer service is provided for passengers in the airport. It has a big importance for the aviation industry because it makes sense to proved a superior services .
    1-Respect Your Customer.
    Customer services staff must respect the customer and be polite with them so they came again.
    2-Deal With Customers Efficiently.
    The staff should be fast and quick because a lot of passengers want to reach their flight at time without late.
    3-Deal With Customers Complaints Effectively.
    Customers services staff should care about customers complain to fix it and improve the services so passengers still come again and again in the future.
    4-Always try to be knowledgeable and will –informed.
    You should be know what happened around and informed with the things that my happened to the customers so u will help them efficiently.
    5-Accept responsibilities and give offer with discount.
    You should take responsibilities for your mistakes so you can say sorry for them and offer them to be happy and satitsfid with the services you have.

    Is the superior services that are provided to the customer before, during and after the flight are (purchase), to attract customers and to improve their experience.


    2. Why is customer service important in the aviation industry?
    a) for the passengers : to help them, direct them and to improve their experience, respond to their feedback quickly.

    b) for the airline : * good customer service increase the revenue. * improve reputation. * improve competitiveness. * the best promotion of an airline.(word-of-mouth is the most effective promotion).

    1- Respect your customer, the customer service staff have to treat the customer in a politely way.
    2- Deal with the customers efficiently, have to deal in a limited time with the customer to not lose his time.
    3- Apologize if you have made a mistake.
    4- Listen to your customer well to know and understand what he or she wants exactly.
    5- Always try to be knowledgeable, to be able to give the customer enough information about the products.

    • Should keep the promises made.
    • Shouldn’t break the promises.
    • Shouldn’t be frustrating.
    • Should be knowledgeable.
    • Courteous.

    • For Qatar Airways the most complains are on the seats that are not very comfortable in the economy class, but most of the passenger likes the services are provided from Qatar Airways.
